The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar has issued a travel advice notification that starting from 1st October 2024, it will be mandatory for all foreign visitors to acquire inbound travel insurance cover (of up to 92 days stay in the islands) from the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation.
